About the Job
Seeking polished, outgoing, lifestyle-oriented men and women who authentically fit within the boating and ocean/lake lifestyle. Candidates should feel comfortable and natural in marina environments, around boats, docks, at boat shows, and within watersports communities. Think coastal lifestyle rather than surf culture. J.Crew rather than Pac Sun. Attractive, approachable, relatable, and professional. Ideal candidates are: • Friendly and engaging • Comfortable speaking with consumers • Comfortable on camera • Experienced creating content using a smartphone • Able to capture photo and video content during events • Trustworthy, authentic, and professional • Comfortable around water and boating environments • Comfortable wearing branded lifestyle apparel appropriate for marine and watersports environments, including swimwear when required by the activation Brand Ambassador, event marketing, promotional staffing, content creation, UGC, and experiential marketing experience are all a plus.
